The project is to build a single carriageway road, with crawler lane along part, linking the A354 Manor Roundabout near Radipole to the A354 at the top of the Ridgeway Hill.
Work to build the £87.4m road has started, following full funding approval from the Government. The route will improve the reliability of journey times on the A354 between Weymouth and Dorchester, and help to support public transport. |
